- In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Add broth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened. Remove from the heat and set aside. , In a large skillet, brown the pork chops on both sides in oil; sprinkle with additional salt and pepper if desired., In a greased 13x9-in. baking dish, layer potatoes and onion. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In sauce pan melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Add salt, pepper and flour. Pour in the chicken broth, cook and stir until mixture boils. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In skillet brown pork chops in 1 tablespoon butter. Grease a cooking dish with the remaining tablespoon butter and layer potatoes. Pour mixture over potatoes and place browned chops on top. Sprinkle paprika on top.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

- Place the sliced potatoes and sliced onion in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish; mix gently. Cover the potatoes and onions with cheese. Fill dish with milk halfway. This stuff is the bomb! Seriously! Easy cheesy delicious. I got it from the Gooseberry patch website. The original recipe called for Cream of Chicken soup, but I used Cream of Celery because that's what I had.

- Spray crockpot with cooking spray.
- Layer onions, potatoes, then cheese in the crockpot, alternating as many times as you like.
- Lightly salt and pepper the pork chops.

- In a saucepan melt butter over low heat, stir in flour, salt and pepper.
- Add chicken broth; cook and stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.

- Place pork chops into a slow cooker; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer 1/4 of the sliced potatoes over the pork chops, followed by 1/4 of the onion slices. - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Brown the pork chops on each side, about 2 minutes, then set aside.
- Layer half of the potato slices, and half of the onion slices in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Season with half of the thyme and half of the pepper. This is a really easy recipe to make. The pork chops come out really moist. This originally came from allrecipes.com but I changed a few things. You can use whatever flavor Mrs Dash you like, we use the onion & herb.Also my husband put parmasean cheese on his but he puts cheese on everything.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel potatoes and slice them. Place potatoes in a 9 by 13 inch casserole dish or baking pan. Add sliced onions and mix. Sprinkle pepper over potatoes and onions. Coat pork chops with flour and brown in hot skillet in a small amount of oil. Arrange pork chops on top of potatoes.

- 1. Pare potatoes and slice thin; coat pork chops with small amount of flour and brown on both sides in oil in a large skillet.
- 2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter; add flour, salt and pepper, and minced onion. Mix with melted butter till thickened. Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly. Keep stirring until it starts to thicken.
- 3. Place potatoes in Dutch oven or large baking dish. Pour half of white sauce over them. Place pork chops on top. Cover with remaining white sauce.
