1/2 cup Miracle Whip or 1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 baking potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 onion, sliced

Steps:

  • Mix salad dressing and seasonings in bowl until well blended.
  • Add potatoes and onion, toss to coat.
  • Divide potato mixture evenly among 6 square pieces of foil.
  • Seal each to form packet.
  • Place on grill.
  • Grill covered, 25- 30 minutes or until tender.

1/2 cup Miracle Whip
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 baking potatoes, sliced thinly
1 large onion, sliced thinly

Steps:

  • Mix salad dressing, herb and seasonings in a large bowl.
  • Add potatoes and onion and stir until evenly coated.
  • Place mixture on a large double layer of heavy duty aluminum foil.
  • Bring edges together to form a packet, roll edges to seal.
  • Grill covered over medium hot coals 40- 45 mins or bake in oven@ 350° F degrees.

3 medium baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spoon onto a greased double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square). , Fold foil around potato mixture and seal tightly.
