1 lb jumbo lump crabmeat, free of shells
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup green onions, minced, optional
5-6 roasted garlic cloves or 2 cloves minced
3 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
1 teaspoon Paula Deen's Hot Sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grate a cup of jack cheese and toss it into the crab meat. Then add parmesan cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, lemon, garlic, salt, dry mustard, hot sauce, ground pepper, and bind it with mayonnaise. Gently stir until thoroughly mixed. 2 (10 ounce) packages stouffers cream spinach, frozen entree
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
1 cup artichoke heart, coursely chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • thaw frozen creamed spinach. combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  • bake in a 9x9 casserole dish at 375 for 20 minutes.
  • serve with a side of salsa and nacho chips.
