PEANUT BUTTER BREAD RECIPE FOR THE BREAD MACHINE
An easy peanut butter bread recipe made in the bread machine then topped with a peanut butter glaze.

Steps:
- 1. Layer 1 1/4 cups water, white bread flour, brown sugar, salt, 1/2 cup peanut butter, and yeast in the bread machine according to the manufacturer's instructions. 2. Set machine at basic/white setting. 3. Let bake according to the machine setting then remove from the baking pan and allow to cool. 4. Stir together 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and 4 teaspoons water and drizzle over the cooled bread. 5. If desired, place the bread in the fridge for a few minutes to harden the glaze a bit. 6. Slice and serve.
PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY BREAD ABM
Easy recipe to make in your bread machine...just be sure to use jelly and not jam (the sugar content is too high in jam and will hinder the success of your bread!). Note cooking time is for the entire cycle on your machine.

- Place ingredients in bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select white bread setting. Start.
- To bake bread in oven: select dough or manual cycle. Once cycle is complete, shape dough and place in a greased loaf pan. Allow to rise in a warm spot until doubled in size. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until a thermometer inserted in the center of the loaf reads 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk egg, milk and peanut butter until smooth; stir into flour mixture just until combined. Pour into a greased 8x4-in. loaf pan. , Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 50-60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. If desired, serve with jelly.
