RUDOLPH'S CRANBERRY ANTLERS COCKTAIL

Number Of Ingredients 9

5 cranberries
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
3/4 ounce maple syrup
2 ounces gin
3/4 ounce cranberry juice
3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
Splash Champagne
1 marshmallow
2 cloves

Steps:

  • Muddle 4 of the cranberries and 1 of the rosemary sprigs with the maple syrup in a shaker. Add the gin, cranberry juice and vermouth and vigorously shake with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Top with a splash of Champagne.
  • To garnish, place the remaining 2 rosemary sprigs into the marshmallow to create antlers, pushing one in far enough to come out of the opposite side. Attach the remaining cranberry to the end that is sticking out for the nose, then place the 2 cloves between the nose and antlers to create eyes.

12 miniature pretzels, halved
12 fun-size Almond Joy candy bars
12 miniature marshmallows, halved
Black decorating gel
12 red M&M's miniature baking bits

Steps:

  • Insert an end from two pretzel halves into each candy bar to form antlers. Gently press the cut side of two marshmallow halves onto each candy bar for eyes; dot with decorating gel., For nose, attach an M&M to the top of each candy with decorating gel. Store in an airtight container.

Easy treat for Christmas.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 c semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c butterscotch chips
3 oz can chow mein noodles
12 maraschino cherries, halved

Steps:

  • 1. Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • 2. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in chow mein noodles.
  • 3. Using two teaspoons, on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet, shape about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a V shaped cookie about 2 inches wide to resemble antlers.
  • 4. Press a cherry half securely in the center of each. repeat for remaining cookies.
  • 5. Chill cookies on the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours or until cookies are firm.
  • 6. Store the antlers in the refrigerator in a covered container up to 5 days.
