ROTEL GRITS
We were tailgating at a football game .Everyone brings a dish, so one lady bought a slow cooker or crock pot of ro-tel grits. I've never eaten grits like that, and were good, and now this is one of my family favorites.

Steps:
- 1. Cut cheese into cubes, put in slow cooker on high along with undrained ro-tel.
- 2. Cook and drain sausage and add to cooker.
- 3. Cook grits as directed.
- 4. Once grits are done add butter or margarine.Pour into cooker. Stir and let cheese melt.
