ROSE WINE PUNCH

1/4 cantaloupe, peeled
1 small peach, pitted
1 small nectarine, pitted
2 bottles chilled dry rose wine
6 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 cups golden or red raspberries

Steps:

  • Slice cantaloupe, peach, and nectarine into bite-size pieces. Pour wine into a large pitcher, and stir in sugar. Add sliced fruit and raspberries, and refrigerate, covered, for 2 hours.

One 750-milliliter bottle Brut Rosé Champagne, chilled
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup orange liqueur, such as Cointreau
1 cup vodka
1 lime, cut into wheels, for garnish
1 orange, cut into wheels, for garnish
Raspberries, for garnish

Steps:

  • Add the champagne, pomegranate juice, orange liqueur, and vodka to a punch bowl and stir to combine. Add large sphere or square cubes of ice and garnish with lime wheels, orange wheels, and raspberries. Use a ladle to pour the cocktail and garnishes into glasses.

750ml rosé wine
250ml dry fino sherry

  • Chop the unpeeled orange and lemon into chunks and put them in a very large bowl. Add all of the other ingredients and plenty of ice. Stir really well to mix all of the flavours together. Ladle into glasses.

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons honey
2 bottles (32 ounces each) cranberry juice, chilled
1 cup cold water
3/4 cup thawed pink lemonade concentrate
1 bottle (750 milliliters) sparkling rose wine, chilled
Thinly sliced strawberries, lemons and limes

Steps:

  • Place strawberries, lemon juice and honey in a food processor; process until pureed. If desired, press through a fine-mesh strainer into a punch bowl; discard seeds. Stir in cranberry juice, water and lemonade concentrate., Just before serving, stir in wine. Serve with sliced fruit.

  • Combine the wine, lemonade, liqueur, blackberries, raspberries, nectarines, lemons and oranges in a large pitcher. Serve over ice.
