DOUBLE-CHOCOLATE ROLO COOKIES WITH PRETZELS

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in Rolos, pretzels and pecans., Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls 2 in. apart onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake until cookies look crackled, 12-14 minutes., Allow cookies to cool completely on pans. Store between pieces of waxed paper in an airtight container.

- . Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. 2. Place mini pretzels on a large baking sheet with parchament paper. Top each pretzel with one Rolo candy. Place in the oven for 3-4 minutes, until Rolo candies start to melt.Don't melt them all the way. 3. Remove from oven and lightly press a Pretzel M&M on top of each Rolo. 4. Eat warm or let them cool if you want them to set up.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Unwrap Rolos. Place in bowl.
- Fill 1-2 baking sheets with pretzels in rows.
- Place a Rolo candy in the center of each pretzel.
- Bake in oven for 3 minutes or until chocolate starts to soften.
- Remove from oven and immediately top each Rolo with M&M candy.
- Allow chocolate to set (cool) for several hours before storing in a container or ziplock bag.
