This Knorr Spinach Dip Recipe is the classic version you know and love! Cold and creamy, it's so easy to make and tastes even better than you remember.

1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts (drained and chopped (see note 1))
3 scallions (thinly sliced)
1 (1.4 ounce) packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix ((see note 2))
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach (cooked and squeezed dry (see note 3))
bread chunks (and fresh vegetables, for serving)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, scallions, and Knorr mix. Stir to combine.
  • Stir in spinach, using a spoon or spatula to break up and distribute any clumps of spinach. Cover and chill at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve with bread and fresh vegetables.

1 1/2 ounces Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, chopped
3 cups green onions, chopped

Steps:

  • Stir together the soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise together until well blended.
  • Squeeze the spinach dry and stir into the wet mixture.
  • Next stir in water chestnuts and green onions.
  • Cover and chill for 2 hours before serving.

1 cup mayonnaise
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1 (1.8 ounce) package dry leek soup mix
1 (4 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
½ (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (1 pound) loaf round sourdough bread

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, dry leek soup mix, water chestnuts and chopped spinach. Chill in the refrigerator 6 hours, or overnight.
  • Remove top and interior of sourdough bread. Fill with mayonnaise mixture. Tear removed bread chunks into pieces for dipping.
