RICE KRISPIES® PEANUT BUTTER BARS RECIPE
These delicious peanut butter bars are treats straight from heaven! They're made with Rice Krispies, peanut butter, chocolate morsels, and milk!

Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl beat peanut butter and butter on medium speed until combined.
- Add the powdered sugar and milk. Beat until fluffy.
- Stir in the Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal, mixing until thoroughly combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into 8x8x2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Drizzle chocolate over cereal mixture.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set, and the cereal mixture is firm.
- Cut into bars.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Steps:
- Combine the sesame seeds and sunflower seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring until fragrant and toasted. Salt lightly, and set aside to cool.
- Combine the dates, raisins, apricots, cherries, chocolate chips and the toasted seeds in the container of a food processor. Pulse to chop until small but not pasty. Transfer to a large bowl, and mix with oats and crisp rice cereal.
- In a small glass bowl, mix together the corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter. Heat in the microwave until bubbly. Stir in the powdered milk, vanilla, and almond extract. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the bowl of cereal and goodies, and mix with a wooden spoon until everything is evenly coated.
- Press the mixture into a greased 10x15 inch jellyroll pan using wet hands. Cut into squares, and allow to cool completely before removing from the pan.

Steps:
- Butter a 9x13-inch pan.
- In a large saucepan, mix the sugar& Karo syrup.
- Cook over medium heat until mixture starts to boil.
- Remove pan from heat and stir in peanut butter.
- Add the Rice Krispies and mix until covered.
- Put into the buttered pan and lightly press.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, cook both kinds of chips until melted.
- Pour on top of Krispies squares and spread to cover.
- Cool before cutting into squares.
RICE KRISPIES PEANUT BUTTER ENERGY BARS
These bars are *delicious* use -1/2 cups of your choice of dried fruit, apricots, dates, raisins, pineapple any fruit you desire, these can be wrapped individually and then frozen, grab one out of the freezer on you way to work, or stick one in your lunch pac, great for kids lunch boxes, if you prefer a thick bar then use a 13 x 9-inch pan.

- Combine all the dried fruit, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds into a processor; PULSE until finely chopped but not to a powder, transfer to a large bowl.
- Mix in rolled oats and rice cereal until blended.
- In a microwave-safe bowl mix together honey (or corn syrup) white sugar and peanut butter until well combined; heat in the microwave until just hot and bubbly.
- Stir in the powdered milk with vanilla and almond extract until completely combined, then pour over the cereal mixture; mix using a wooden spoon until coated.
- Mix in the mini chocolate chips.
- Press mixture prepared pan, using slightly wet hands to press down.
- Cut into desired size squares, and let cool before removing from the pan.

PEANUT BUTTER KRISPY RICE SQUARES
Steps:
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing 1-inch wings to hang over the edges; set aside.
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the marshmallows and salt and cook, stirring, until the marshmallows are melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla (the peanut butter can still be swirly). Add the cereal, crushed graham crackers, chocolate chips and sprinkles and fold with a large rubber spatula to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, using the spatula to spread it out evenly. Place a piece of parchment on top and then use your hands to press the mixture down very firmly. Top with additional sprinkles as desired. Let the mixture firm up in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then cut into squares.

Steps:
- Melt together margarine, marshmallows, and peanut butter. Roast oats and sesame seeds seperately in a skillet over a low heat. Very swiftly mix together marshmallow mixture and the rest of the ingredients. Pat mixture on a greased jelly roll pan or cookie sheet; let cool. loosen sides and turn onto cutting board. Cut into bars. Wrap individually in waxed paper.

Steps:
- Measure out rice crispies and set aside in large bowl.
- In saucepan combine sugar and karo. Bring just to simmer, then add the peanut butter and stir. Do not let the sugar mixture boil.
- Stir peanut butter mixture into rice crispies and stir quickly. It will start to harden immediately. Pour mixture into a 9x12 pan and flatten out evenly across pan.
- combine chocolate and butterscotch chips into saucepan and melt over a double boiler and stir constantly. When melted pour over peanut butter mixture. Let it set.
- When set, cut into squares.

- Remove from heat, and stir in peanutbutter.
- Pour mixture over rice krispies and mix well.

- In a saucepan, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips.
- Spread on top of bars.
