Steps:
- Beat eggs until thick and foamy.
- Add oil, brown sugar, vanilla.
- Beat well.
- Stir in rhubarb, nuts.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
- Bake at 350° for one hour.
