1 lb Corned beef ((chopped into bite-size pieces))
8 oz Swiss cheese slices

I got this recipe from Jenny Lynn Curry. It is low carb but regardless if you are following that diet or not this is wonderful.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 half a head of green cabbage
1 pound(s) pastrami or corned beef
12 ounce(s) avocado oil mayo
1/2 pound(s) swiss cheese
1/2 cup(s) dill pickles
2 teaspoon(s) bragg apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon(s) swerve

Steps:

  • cut 1/2 head of cabbage in half and julienne
  • Cut the pastrami into 1/4 inch strips
  • Cut the Swiss cheese into roughly 1/4 inch strips
  • Dice up the dill pickles
  • Mix the mayo, Apple cider vinegar, swerve and pickles in a bowl.
  • In a large mixing bowl mix the cabbage with the dressing.
  • Then add the cheese and pastrami in and mix well.
  • Serve either right away or store in the fridge for up to 2 to 3 days.
