15 oz watermelon (seedless) (3 cups cubed watermelon)
0.23 oz lime (1/5 lime)
0.11 oz mint leaves (3-4 leaves)

Steps:

  • Wash the produce thoroughly.
  • Remove the watermelon rind and cut into cubes; weigh the produce. Cut the lime into fifths (leaving the skin on).
  • If you have a juice press, place both the watermelon and the lime directly into the press. If you don't have a juice press, peel the lime and juice both the watermelon and the lime with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Grind remaining ingredients together and press.
