Steps:
- In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
- Pour half of the mixture into a 13" x 9" x 2" dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
- Set the remaining gelatin mixture aside.
- Combine the sour cream, sugar and vanilla; mix well. Spread over the chilled gelatin. Spoon remaining gelatin mixture over top.
- Chill overnight.
EASY STRAWBERRY BANANA SALAD
This recipe is so simple, it's almost not a recipe. But I absolutely LOVE it!! It's perfect as a refreshing side dish to any BBQ or summer meal. It's also great as a topping on Angel food cake or shortcake or even ice cream!! Just takes minutes to make!

Steps:
- Add strawberries to a bowl and add sugar. Stir slightly.
- Let sit to macerate for 10 minutes or until juices form. (You don't really even have to let it sit very long. Just until the sugar is dissolved.).
- Add bananas and stir gently to coat.
- Allow to sit for up to 30 minutes (but you can eat right away).
