ZUCCHINI FUDGE CAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 11

2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
melted and cooled
1/3 cup of milk
1-1/2 cup flour
2 tsps baking powder
1/2 cinamon
1 tsp salt
2 cups grated zucchini

Steps:

  • Beat oil, sugar and eggs with mixer. Add vanilla chocolate and milk. Sift dry ingredients add to liquid mixture. stir in zucchini. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
