Zucchini Dressing image

Sounds unusual, but tastes WONDERFUL! A terrific addition to most any meal...

Number Of Ingredients 9

3 eggs
1 tsp oregano, dried
1 tsp black pepper, coarsely ground
1 tsp salt
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 c all purpose baking mix
1 1/4 c American cheese, grated
4 c zucchini, grated

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients and pour into an 8x10 inch glass dish.
  • 2. Top with extra grated cheese and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes.
