ZUCCHINI CHUTNEY image

Yield 4 pint jars

Number Of Ingredients 11

7 cups chopped zucchini
4 cups peeled, chopped apple
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 Tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 cups cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups b rown sugar
1 Tablespoon pickling salt
1 Teaspoon mace
1 Teaspoon cloves
1 cinnamon stick

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Boil over medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Remove the cinnamon Fill hot jars, 1/2 inch head space Process for 15 minutes
