Zucchini Bites image

Number Of Ingredients 11

4 small unpeeled zucchini, thinly sliced (3 cups)
1 cup Original Bisquick®
1 medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram or oregano leaves
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.2. Stir all ingredients until blended. Spread in pan.3. Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
