I was feeling creative while I was looking for a use for my garden fresh zucchini and I put this together for a side dish. You could also add ground turkey and make a main course! This contains 7 points on the Weight Watchers Points Plus program.

Steps:
- 1. Saute garlic, onion and zucchini in olive oil for 3 - 5 minutes.
- 2. Add tomatoes, lemon juice, basil and salt. Simmer while cooking pasta.
- 3. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- 4. Toss drained pasta with sauce and serve. Add grated parmesan, if desired.
- 5. NOTE: The pasta will absorb some of the liquid of your sauce, so if your mixture gets a little dried out, you can add some of that reserved tomato juice to moisten it.
