Zelda's Spinach Squares image

This easy semi-quiche is good served as a vegetable dish or with cheese sauce as a main course. I found this in an old church cookbook and made it my own. This dish will make even the most specktic love spinach. My whole family loves this dish and even my visitors rave about it.
