Steps:
- Chop green pepper, onion and chilies or jalapenos by hand or using a food processor. Chop until pieces are the size you want. Add tomatoes and tomatillo and chop until tomatoes are chunky. Again, this depends on how chunky you like it. Add remaining ingredients and chop/stir just until blended. Pour into a serving dish and refrigerate to let flavors mingle. Serve with tortilla chips, enchiladas, tacos, scrambled eggs or anyway you desire.
