Steps:
- Put the eggs, yuzu juice, salt and mustard in your blender, and blend until the eggs begin to thicken and become a little lighter in color. Add the oil in a thin, very slow stream until the mixture thickens and becomes a mayonnaise. You might need more oil. Probably not less. For a pink color use pomegranate juice - try boiling content of one pomegranate including seeds - remove pith. use thicken reduced juice in mayo.
