Yummy Macaroni and Cheese Casserole image

1 box (7 to 8 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked
1 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 can (10 1/2) oz. cream of mushroom soup
1 jar (2 oz.) pimentos
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
15 buttery cheese crackers, crushed
1/4 cup melted butter

Steps:

  • Cook macaroni and drain.
  • Combine macaroni with cheese, mushrooms, mushroom soup, pimentos, mayo, milk and onions in a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with crushed crackers and melted butter.
  • Bake at 350°F for 40 min.
