Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven 350. Lightly grease an 11 x 7 baking dish 2. Spread blueberries on bottom of baking dish. Squeeze the juice from lemon over them. In a medium bowl, stir together the butter & 1 cup sugar until smooth. Stir in flour, then baking powder with the milk until smooth. Batter will be thin. Spoon over berries, and coat evenly. 3. In a small bowl, stir together the 1 1/2 cups sugar, salt, and cornstarch. Sprinkle over the top of batter. Dust with a pinch of cinnamon, then pour the boiling water over the entire dish. 4. Bake for 45 mins, or until golden brown.
