Yogurt Crust/ Pastry image

I have never tried this, but my aunty gave it to me when I was dieting. Please let me know how it came out.

Number Of Ingredients 2

400 g self-raising flour
300 ml plain yogurt

Steps:

  • Place the flour in a bowl, make a well in the centre and add the yogurt. Mix with your hands or a fork until the dough forms a ball.
  • Cover the dougnh in plastic wrap and in a refregirator for half an hour before using.
