- 1. Preheat oven to 375*.
- 2. Grease and flour a 9 inch bundt pan.
- 3. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla until light and fluffy.
- 4. Beat in egg till smooth.
- 5. Combine flour, baking soda and powder; stir into the batter alternately with the yogurt.
- 6. Spread batter in the pan.
- 7. Bake for 50 min. until a knife comes out clean.
