YELLOW CURRY WITH CHICKEN image

Number Of Ingredients 10

4 cups shredded chicken
2 onions cubed
2 new potatoes cooked and cubed
4 tablespoons coconut milk
2 tablespoons yellow curry paste (add more to tasted)
2 kaffir lime leaves
2 teaspoons palm sugar (brown sugar)
4 tablespoons fish sauce
4 tablespoons oil
salt to taste

Steps:

  • Heat the oil in a pan and briefly saute the onions. Add the yellow curry paste and saute for about 15 minutes. Stir in the rest of the ingredients except the fish sauce. Mix well. Cook on low level for about 5 minutes or till the chicken is tender. Season with fish sauce. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
