I have yet to meet anyone who likes pimiento cheese, who didn't love this recipe! You can "kick it up" even more by adding more hot sauce if desired.

- 1. Combine mayo, cream cheese, garlic, parsley and Tabasco in food processor or blender; process until smooth. Spoon into a medium bowl. Add undrained pimientos, Cheddar cheese, and pecans. Mix well, cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
