WORLD'S BEST (AND EASIEST) GUACAMOLE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 ripe medium avacados
1 tomato
1/2 lemon
1/4 small red onion
1/2 jalapeno pepper (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1 bag tortilla chips

Steps:

  • Core and scoop out the flesh of the avacados and mash (with a potato masher or pastry cutter) in a medium bowl. Cut the tomato and red onion into chuncks (about 1/4 inch squares or triangles) and add to avacado mixture. Finely chop the jalapeno (makign sure not to get juice in your eyes) and add to the mixture. Squeeze the lemon into the mixture and add salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly by mashing it all together with the potato masher (or pastry cutter). Serve with tortilla chips
