Steps:
- 1. Place a small amount of canola oil or butter in a skillet. Add onions and sausage.
- 2. Add spinach. Heat about 3 minutes.
- 3. Add egg whites.
- 4. Cook on medium heat until done.
- 5. Salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Put half slice of white American on each tortilla.
- 7. Top with cooked mixture.
- 8. Wrap burritos.
- 9. Then wrap in cellophane and place in the fridge.
- 10. Take to go. Just heat in the microwave for about a minute. Then grab some salsa and coffee to go.
