Steps:
- Saute garlic and ginger in a little chicken broth till aromatic
- Add scallions, broth, soy sauce and sesame oil
- Bring to boil, reduce to low and cover 20 min
- Add dumplings and veggies that need 5+ min to cook
- Add other items that need short cook time
- Skim and remove garlic, ginger, scallions
