4 cups wild rice, cooked
2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Saute mushrooms in butter until slightly soft.
  • Toss in wild rice and cheese.
  • Spoon into buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Cover and bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
