Steps:
- Chop bittersweet chocolate and 2 oz. white chocolate. Bring cream to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently; remove from heat.
- Add chopped chocolates and butter; stir until chocolates and butter are completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into freezer container.
- Freeze 2 hours or until chocolate mixture is firm enough to handle.
- Use teaspoon to scoop chocolate mixture into 24 balls, each about 1 inch in diameter; place on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet. Freeze 20 min.
- Chop remaining white chocolate; place in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or until chocolate is mostly melted; stir until completely melted.
- Dip balls, 1 at a time, into melted chocolate, turning to completely coat each ball with melted chocolate. Return to baking sheet. Drizzle with any remaining chocolate. Refrigerate 30 min. or until firm.
