Steps:
- Bring stock to a bare simmer and add salt.
- Heat oil in a heavy saucepan over medium heat, add rice and onion. Cook, stirring, until onion is soft. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, til fragrant.
- Stir in simmering stock and half of herbs. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir in remaining herbs.
