WHITE MEXICAN CHILI image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 1/2 pounds ground turkey, browned
2 - tablespoons olive oil
1 - cup chopped onion
2 - ribs celery, finely sliced
2 - (15.5 oz.) cans great northern beans, drained and rinsed
2 - (11 oz.) cans corn nib-lets, not drained
2 - (14 oz.) cans green chilies, canned, mild
1 - tablespoon cumin
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
Topping:
shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Saute onion and celery in oil until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese and parsley. Stir well and cook covered 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Stir occasionally. Serve in bowls and top with cheese and fresh parsley on top.
