Steps:
- Turn oven to broil setting. Place fillets on a baking sheet, skin side down. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place baking sheet three to four inches from broiler and broil until fish is firm, about 3-4 minutes. Remove pan from oven and top each fillet with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Return fillets to oven and continue broiling until Parmesan turns a golden brown, approximately 2-4 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately with a wedge of lemon.
