Steps:
- In a bowl put the warm water, sprinkle in yeast, sugar,salt,and 1 cup of flour and mix. Stand covered for 10 minutes In a separete bowl make a well in the center of the remaining flour pour the yeast mixture, olive oil and milk mix well. Knead for 3-4 minutes to make a soft dough. Cover and rest for 1 hr. Knead again, for 3 minutes If freezing the dough divide and wrap tightly with cling wrap, freeze at this point. If using immediately, rest for another 30 min. Use dry flour to dust if required. Take a lump of dough, pat or roll into a pizza base. Prick all over with a fork or my favourate a tracing wheel to ensure it doesn't raise too much. Add pizza gravy as required, add toppings, Bake in a hot (220 C) oven, till base is crisp and light. Usually 10mins
