WHITE CHOCOLATE/KEY LIME PIE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 reg size pkg cream cheese
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup lime juice....don't use the squeezy..real limes here only for best taste
lime zest
3 0zs of melted white chocolate...or a little more for a firmer pie
1 graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Process together the cream cheese and condensed milk. Melt chocolate in a double boiler... be careful not to burn it. Pour melted chocolate in the cream cheese mixture and process. process in lime juice. mix in lime zest pour cream cheese mixture in a prepared graham cracker crust....chill for several hours. Serve this with fresh whipped cream piped on top...with a little bit of lime zest.
