WHITE CHOCOLATE-KEY LIME PIE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 c cream
11 oz white chocolate morsels
1 T sour cream
1 t grated lime rind
1/3 c key lime juice
9" graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Heat cream and chocolate, stirring until melted. Remove from heat. Add sour cream, rind and juice. Pour into crust. Chill.
