White Castle Hashbrown Casserole image

I needed something to do with leftovers and this came out so hearty and delicious that my husband pronounced it "a real keeper".

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 pound(s) ground beef, cooked, crumbled
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
2 pound(s) velveeta cheese, melted
1 - envelope of onion soup mix
1 bag(s) hash browns, frozen

Steps:

  • Mix onion soup mix and cream of mushroom soup with melted cheese. Mix in ground beef and hash browns.
  • Put in a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Sprinkle with extra cheese 5 minutes before done if desired.
