I got this recipe from the December 19,2010 San Antonio Express News. It is so refreshing all year round!

Number Of Ingredients 7

7 c water
2-3 family size tea bags
1 c sugar
1 16 oz container frozen orange juice, thawed
1 12 oz container frozen lemonade, thawed
1 1/2 c whiskey
1 l 7-up

Steps:

  • 1. Bring water to a boil and brew tea according to directions.
  • 2. Remove tea bags and add sugar, stirring until dissolved.
  • 3. Add juices and whiskey. Stir to combine.
  • 4. Pour mixture into a large container with a lid. Place in freezer for at least 24 hours
  • 5. Remove from freezer and dump frozen mixture into a punch bowl and pour 7-up over top.
  • 6. Stir to break upice and turn to slush. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
