Steps:
- 1. Bring water to a boil and brew tea according to directions.
- 2. Remove tea bags and add sugar, stirring until dissolved.
- 3. Add juices and whiskey. Stir to combine.
- 4. Pour mixture into a large container with a lid. Place in freezer for at least 24 hours
- 5. Remove from freezer and dump frozen mixture into a punch bowl and pour 7-up over top.
- 6. Stir to break upice and turn to slush. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
