WHISKEY COOKIES

Great tasting cookies. You can add replace the whiskey with your own favourite drink, to give it that personal touch.

Ingredients

1/2 c butter, room temperature
1/2 c cocoa powder
1 1/2 c sugar
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 c whiskey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Cream butter, sugar and cocoa powder.On a low speed add 1 egg at a time, add vanilla. Mix in the whiskey, add in the flour, baking soda and salt until all are combined.
2. Form into 1 tbs sized balls, and place 2" apart on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool on a rack. Share and Enjoy!!
