8 quarts water
3 1/2 cups brown sugar (Demerau sugar)
2 cups coarse salt
1-2 cups worchestershire sauce
can add Chili Garlic Sauce from superstore and 1 cup melted honey as well*

Steps:

  • mix ingredients and let stand for 1 day.
