5 lb beef chuck, boneless
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1/8 c cider vingar
1 c ketchup
1/8 c worcestershire sauce
1/8 c brown sugar

Steps:

  • 1. coat roast with onion soup mix in cooking dish
  • 2. mix remaining ingredients together pour over roast cover with tin foil bake at 350 for 3 hrs
