WEST COAST SEAFOOD CHOWDER image

Number Of Ingredients 17

2 cups corn
3 cups white onions, diced
3 cups carrots, diced
3 cups celery, diced
3 cups potatoes, diced
1/4 cup garlic, crushed
3 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp salt and pepper
4 whole bay leafs
2 tbsp dill
1 litre whipping cream
3 tbsp hot sauce
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
1 liter clam nectar
salmon, bite size peices
shrimp, peeled & cleaned
scallops, rinsed

Steps:

  • In a large heavy stock pot add first 9 ingredients and saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients and gently simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
