"WATERMELON" RICE KRISPY TREATS

Severed these at a beach themed party. Went over great.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 bag(s) marshmallows
10 ounce(s) butter divided
1 box(es) rice krispies
1 bag(s) mini chocolate chips
- red and green food coloring
- cooking spray

Steps:

  • Melt 1 bag of marshmallows with 5 ounces of butter add green food coloring. Stir in enough rice krispies to hold it together. Repeat with the other bag of marshmallows butter and rice krispies only use the red food coloring this time.
  • Grease 4 round cake pans. Grease hands. Take the green rice krispies and place it in each pans spreading it out to the edges leaving the middle open. Push it up the sides.
  • Fill in the middle of each cake pan with the red rice krispies. Top each one with a few mini chocolate chips pressing them down. Let harden in the fridge then cut into pieces
