Watermelon, Mozzarella & Balsamic Bites image

Number Of Ingredients 3

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
watermelon cut into 1/2 inch cubes
mozzarella balls

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, add balsamic vinegar. Cook on medium low heat until vinegar thickens and is half the amount. {if not using right away, set aside until ready to use} Drizzle vinegar on platter. Using a toothpick, skewer a mozzarella ball then a watermelon. Place on platter with balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
