Steps:
- Heat oven to 425F. Line a shallow baking pan with foil. In small bowl, toss panko crumbs, chopped almonds and 2 tsp. oil. Place salmon, skin side down, on prepared baking pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. salt. Evenly pat 2 Tbsp. crumb mixture onto top of each fillet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until fish is just cooked through and topping is browned. Serve with soy sauce, if desired. TRY THIS TOO ! Spread 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard on each salmon fillet before topping with crumb mixture. Substitute 1/4 cup chopped pecans for wasabi-soy almonds. Add 2 Tbsp. sugar to crumb-almond mixture
