Steps:
- Saute beef, 1/2 tsp. of red pepper and 2 onions in frying pan. Drain excess fat, lots of onions makes this good. In another pan cook macaroni, until tender. Set aside. When beef and onions are done, add canned tomatoes and approx. 1/2 c. water. Add garlic salt, pepper, chili powder; mix well. Simmer about 20 min.; then add macaroni , mix well. Serve.
